To use ArtDeco Hot Chili Lip Plumper , start with clean, dry lips. Apply a small amount of the product to your lips using the applicator wand or your finger, and allow it to sit for a few seconds. You may feel a slight tingling or warming sensation as the product works to enhance your lips natural collagen production. Once you feel the tingling, rub your lips together to distribute the product evenly. Wait a few minutes for the product to fully absorb before applying any additional lip products or makeup.
