BioBalance Hello Clean Niacinamide Clarity Micellar Water is a no-rinse facial cleanser formulated for oily, combination and sensitive skin. This lightweight micellar solution removes makeup, dirt and excess oil from the face, eyes and lips without stripping natural moisture.
- Clarifying Formula: Contains niacinamide to help refine pores and regulate sebum production.
- Soothing Ingredients: Enriched with green tea extract for antioxidant protection and cucumber extract for a cooling effect.

The texture is a watery, non-sticky micellar solution that lifts impurities effectively. It is suitable for daily morning and evening use as a standalone cleanser or makeup remover. The formula is ophthalmologically tested, making it safe for sensitive eye areas.
