Makeup Revolution Star Water-Gel Primer is a lightweight, hydrating face primer formulated with approximately 70% water content and Mexican Anise Extract. The aquamarine blue gel texture absorbs quickly to smooth skin texture, neutralize the appearance of redness, and provide a dewy, soft-focus base for makeup application.

The primer features a distinctive anise scent and a refreshing water-gel consistency that feels cool on the skin. Its blue tint helps to visually counteract redness and dullness, leaving the complexion looking fresh and revitalized. The formula is designed to be non-greasy, making it suitable for normal, combination, dry, and dehydrated skin types.
Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, moisturized skin before foundation to extend makeup wear and enhance hydration. It can also be worn alone for a natural, no-makeup look. The product is packaged in a convenient pump dispenser bottle containing 27.5 ml of product.
