Histoires de Parfums 1472 La Divina Commedia is a unisex Eau de Parfum inspired by Dante Alighieri's literary masterpiece. This solar amber fragrance balances floral brightness with resinous depth, presented in a 120 ml tester bottle.
- Scent Profile: Solar amber and floral with spicy, resinous undertones.
- Key Notes: Ylang-ylang, artemisia, jasmine, cinnamon, frankincense, rum absolute, benzoin, and amber.
- Format: 120 ml natural spray tester bottle.
- Audience: Unisex composition suitable for evening wear and cooler seasons.
The fragrance opens with a solar bouquet of ylang-ylang and artemisia, creating an immediate impression of light and warmth. The heart reveals indolic jasmine blended with the spice of cinnamon and the smoky resonance of frankincense (olibanum), adding complexity and structure to the scent.
A warm base of rum absolute, benzoin, and amber provides a slightly gourmand and long-lasting finish. This combination creates an opulent, incense-laced trail that evolves gracefully on the skin throughout the day.
Launched in 2021, this Eau de Parfum captures the themes of heaven, purgatory, and hell found in The Divine Comedy. It is particularly well-suited for autumn and winter wear or evening occasions where a bold, warm presence is desired.
Apply to pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and chest after showering on dry skin. Hold the bottle 10-15 cm from the body and spray lightly. Allow the fragrance to develop naturally without rubbing the application areas.
