Wella Professionals Welloxon Perfect Hair Oxidant Lotion is a professional creme developer designed to activate permanent hair color and lighteners. This 12% (40 volume) oxidant provides maximum lift for aggressive lightening services and high-lift color results.

This oxidant is part of the Wella Professionals system and contains hydrogen peroxide as the active ingredient. It has a characteristic mild oxidative odor typical of professional developers and contains no added perfume.
