The Bel London Beauty Expert Lab range utilizes a butyl acetate-based solvent formula to ensure durability and vibrant color payoff. The integrated brush allows for smooth, even application suitable for both at-home care and professional styling.
For optimal results, apply one to two thin coats over a base coat. Allow approximately one minute of drying time between layers. Seal the color with a top coat to enhance shine and extend wear.
