Spray onto dry skin: It`s best to apply BioNike Defence My Body Body Spray onto dry skin after showering or bathing. Apply to pulse points: Spray onto your pulse points, such as your neck, wrists, chest, and behind your ears. These areas have a higher concentration of blood vessels, which help to diffuse the fragrance. Use sparingly: A little goes a long way, so start with a small amount and add more if needed.
