ArtDeco Soft Waterproof Lip Liner in shade 172 Cool Mauve is a creamy, long-lasting pencil designed to define lip contours and prevent lipstick from bleeding. This waterproof formula offers high opacity and smooth application for precise shaping.
- Waterproof Formula: Resists smudging and wiping once dry for all-day wear.
- Creamy Texture: Glides on smoothly for easy blending and precise definition.
- Versatile Use: Acts as a base for lipstick or gloss, or can be blended for a natural look.
- Shade 172 Cool Mauve: A versatile cool-toned mauve suitable for defining natural lip shape.
The pencil features a soft, blendable core enriched with natural antioxidants and vitamin E. It allows for optimal color rendering and can be used to outline lips before applying lipstick or filled in completely for a matte, durable finish.
To use, apply short strokes along the lip line starting at the cupid's bow. The liner can be blended inward with a brush or finger for a softer effect. Its wipe-resistant nature ensures your lip makeup remains intact throughout the day.
