To use Clinique Chubby Plump & Shine Lip Plumper , start with clean, dry lips. Apply a small amount of the product to your lips using the applicator wand or your finger, and allow it to sit for a few seconds. Once you feel the tingling, rub your lips together to distribute the product evenly. Wait a few minutes for the product to fully absorb before applying any additional lip products or makeup.
