To use liquid eyeliner, start by preparing your eyelids to ensure they are clean and dry. Before opening the eyeliner, shake it well to mix the formula evenly. Using the precision applicator, draw a thin line along your upper lash line, starting from the inner corner of your eye and moving towards the outer corner. For a winged eyeliner look, draw a line outwards from the outer corner of your eye and connect it to the rest of the eyeliner along your lash line.
