Balmain Legacy Barrette White is a handcrafted hair accessory from the FW24 collection, featuring genuine white napa leather and an 18K gold-plated B emblem. This limited edition piece combines luxury materials with a secure French barrette clasp mechanism for refined styling.

  • Material: Genuine textured napa leather
  • Hardware: 18K gold-plated B logo and French clasp
  • Dimensions: 9.2 cm x 1.7 cm x 1.2 cm
  • Inclusions: Polishing cloth for maintenance

The barrette is designed to hold small-to-medium hair sections securely, making it suitable for half-up styles, low ponytails, or as a decorative accent. The textured leather finish offers a soft, matte look that contrasts with the polished gold hardware.

Part of the Balmain Hair Legacy accessories release, this clip utilizes traditional handcraft techniques. The French clasp ensures a firm hold without slipping, while the compact size allows for versatile placement in various hairstyles.

Care for the 18K gold-plated finish by using the included polishing cloth to maintain its shine. Store in a dry place to preserve the integrity of the napa leather and metal components.

How to use

Here are the steps to use Balmain Legacy Hair Clip: Start by combing or brushing your hair to remove any tangles or knots. This will make it easier to work with and ensure a smoother finish. Select the section of hair that you want to clip. This could be a small section of hair near your face, or a larger section at the back of your head, depending on the style you are trying to achieve. Hold the section of hair firmly with one hand, and use your other hand to open the hair clip. Depending on the type of hair clip you are using, you may need to press a lever or slide a button to open it. Place the teeth or ridges of the hair clip onto the section of hair, as close to your scalp as possible. Make sure the clip is securely in place, and that it is not pulling or tugging on your hair. Release the clip gently, allowing it to close around the section of hair. You should feel a slight pressure as the clip secures the hair in place. Adjust the clip as needed to ensure that the hair is secure and in the desired position. You may need to use additional clips to secure other sections of hair, depending on the style you are creating. When you are ready to remove the clip, simply reverse the process by gently opening the clip and sliding it out of your hair. With a bit of practice and experimentation, you can use hair clips to create a wide range of styles, from simple and elegant to bold and dramatic.
