La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M is a triple corrective anti-imperfections cream formulated for oily and acne-prone skin. This hydrating gel-cream combines 0.5% salicylic acid with niacinamide, zinc PCA, and microbiome-targeting phylobioma to reduce blemishes, control excess sebum, and improve the appearance of post-acne marks.
