Bel London Precision Eyeliner is a waterproof liquid eyeliner pen featuring an ultra-fine felt-tip applicator for sharp, defined lines. The intense black formula delivers a matte finish that dries quickly and resists smudging.

  • Precision Tip: Ultra-fine felt tip allows for controlled application of thin lines or bold wings.
  • Long-Lasting Wear: Waterproof and smudge-proof formula stays put throughout the day.
  • Matte Finish: Delivers intense black color with a modern, non-shiny look.
  • Quick-Drying: Sets rapidly to prevent transfer onto the eyelid.

The lightweight liquid texture glides smoothly along the lash line without skipping or tugging. Its quick-drying properties make it suitable for creating intricate cat-eye looks or subtle definition without the risk of smearing.

This 1.2 ml pen is designed for ease of use, offering the control of a brush with the convenience of a marker. It is ideal for achieving professional-looking eye makeup results at home.

How to use

Sharpen your gel pencil eyeliner to ensure a precise line, or twist it up if it`s retractable. Gently pull your eyelid taut with your non-dominant hand and starting from the inner corner of your eye, draw a thin line along your lash line. Use short, quick strokes to create a smooth and even line, extending it outwards and upwards if you want a winged or cat-eye look. Once you`ve finished applying your eyeliner, let it dry for a few seconds before opening your eye to prevent smudging. For a more intense look, apply a second layer of eyeliner on top of the first one. To remove your gel pencil eyeliner, use a gentle eye makeup remover or cleansing oil.
